Please review the instruction sheet prior to filling out your ballot.  It contains instructions on the proper way to complete the ballot and return it to the Supervisor of Elections office.

PLEASE NOTE THAT Florida LAW PROHIBITS OUR OFFICE FROM ACCEPTING VOTED BALLOTS VIA EMAIL.  BALLOTS RETURNED BY EMAIL ARE NOT PERMITTED AND WILL NOT BE COUNTED.
